***Responsible for (List of positions & provide an organizational chart) - Identify, approach and develop new customers - Maintain and develop existing accounts - Prepare service proposal and supervise implementation - Act as escalation channel for shipment handling - Follow up and supervise payments ***Purpose of the Job: - Identify and develop new business, business retention and development in market - Integrate and perform contributively in sales team while keeping in line with Dachser Strategy and general policy, develop and optimize the profitability of the Vietnam region and overall sales activity. ***Job Duties: - Develop to the best of her or his ability, her or his own client portfolio and overall business activity, air-freight and sea-freight, import and export; - Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates, and handle, monitor and follow-up sales leads generated by the Dachser Group of companies and its affiliates; - Handle in an accurate, professional and responsible manner in his daily tasks and duties, and provide the Management of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports; - Develop and optimize the profitability of the Vietnam region and overall sales - Under any circumstances to give a quality image of his belonging to the Dachser Group Enthusiasm, Professionalism; - Be active and aggressive selling and promoting the Dachser service; - Develop free hand business through local sales activities; - Follow and update the market information and competitor action; - Complete a quantity of outdoors sales call in accordance with the policy of the company; - Proactive to get support with Route Manager and willing to do joint sales call together to expand market through setting customer; - Regularly report related KPIs and comply with the company sales strategy; NOTE: This Job Description is not intended to be all-inclusive. - Experience & Qualifications Requirement: - Education: College or/and above; - Experience: 1-3 years work experience in international freight forwarder as sales staff; - Language Skills: Fluent English both in written and speaking; - Computer Skills: Skillful in office software; - Core Competences:
