· Finding potential clients and starting new relationships with interested clients, thus expanding our customer base.
· Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
· Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
· Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, and arranging in- person meeting, emails, or phone calls.
· Lead generation, moving leads through a sales pipeline.
· Identifies challenges and provides practical solutions to prospect. Provide positive insights as a product knowledge specialist.
· Facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
· A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
· Having from 1 ~2 year working experience in sales. Welcome fresher who has good qualification and willing to challenge in new field.
· Japanese Proficiency test (JPLT): N2 or equivalent.
· Good at MS Office, especially excel.
· Good command in English.
· Excellent vocal and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
· Good time management, analytical skills, negotiation skills.
· Having experience in technical sale is an advantage.
