1. Build up and maintain a pipeline in Sales Force in accordance with company guidelines
2. Familiar Air/Sea- export/import procedure, gain new business and new trade lanes from customers
3. Plan sales activities in advance so ensure efficient and effective time management.
4. Good relationship with main airline/terminal /customs
5. Weekly presentation of pipeline and activities using Salesforce (dashboard) to management
6. List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.
7. Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues
8. Submit monthly reports in accordance with company guidelines
9. Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines
10. Other tasks assigned by management.

2. Foreign Language: English or Chinese. (Chinese is an advantage)
3. More than 3 years work experiences in industry with air export and has own customers, the background for global forwarder will be preferable
4. Good communication and organization skills
5. Has better relationship with airline/terminal/customs
6. Ability to communicate industry related information to people outside our industry
7. Extrovert personality with strong relationship building capabilities, energetic & proactive
