- Overall responsibility for the Sales and Business Development activities in Air/Ocean freight and value added service (especially in export&import LCL sea freight products)
- Generation of new business opportunities with own & existing customers.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with internal departments and the company’s network to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Monitor & coach the Sales team to expand their capabilities and build senior sales in the organization(only applied for sales manager)
- Understanding of local business environment is priority.
- Developing partnerships with shipping companies, forwarders, overseas agents to obtain competitive prices, good services, cargoes to exchange and consign to enrich the source of customers and increase profits.
- Weekly and Monthly reports to the Management.
- At least 2 years of experience of sales position in freight forwarding company
- Have your own clients group (especially export&import LCL sea freight clients)
- Business English communication: speaking and writing fluently.
- Good skill of communication, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service…
- Organized, committed, quick, accurate and flexible.
- Age should be under 35 year’s old.
