Dear Candidates,

HR Strategy’s client is a company specializing in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for the highly qualified candidate for the position: Sales Manager (North and Central)

Working Location: Hai Duong

Report to: BOD


  • Maximize sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management
  • Participate in sales visits to key customers to build customer relationships and be their preferred vendors
  • Lead and take charge of negotiations where necessary to ensure a win-win agreement with customers
  • Work with sales team to prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents
  • Take charge of recruitment and ensure effective induction for new team members, monitoring ongoing performance needs
  • Manage performance and development of team to maximize sales performance of division
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Other duties assigned by CEO

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy, Heavy Industry or related field
  • At least 5 – 7 years experience in the same position, having experience with Boiler is an advantage
  • Ability to go on domestic business in the trip
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate, present in English


  • Salary: $2000 – $3000. It depends on the candidate’s experience and qualification
