PERSOLKELLY's Client - A top Real Estate Developer in Viet Nam is looking for Sales Manager, Sales Executive:
- Introduce, consult and care for customers to visit the company's projects and products.
- Build relationships with potential clients and brokers to sell them our added-value services and products.
- Update information on the real estate market, quickly grasp the needs of customers in order to promptly advise the most accurately and close the contract.
- Exploiting more customers and sources of new customers, expanding markets and potential customers, proactively making reasonable persuasive ways to communicate with customers.
- Maximize sales performance for your area and ensure critical KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Always take care of your appearance, communication skills well, especially skillful in caring and consulting for high-segment customers (VIP).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have experience in customer service, especially in the VIP segment.
- Bright, eye-catching appearance
- Good communication in English
- Proactive, energetic, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- If you have a third foreign language or have real estate experience, you will have advantages.
