Generate new leads via multi/omni channels, develop potentials and executing market entrance to some industries such as electronics, semiconductors, precision casting, electroplating, jewelry, labware, Cadcam, Dental
Directly in charge in Sales and Relation Management of Key Accounts, with decision makers of MNC. Organizing team to maintain and develop existing customers
In charge of implementing Marketing and Communication plan including Branding, Digital & Trade marketing activities suitable for the region
2. Team and Operation Management
In charge of annual budget and HR plans and executing them with strong emphasis on training, coaching and people development
Set KPIs and supervising daily tasks of all business units and teams to ensure a smooth and effective operation.
Evaluate reports and performance and competency of each employee on a regular basis, e.g: weekly / monthly / quarterly / year.
Monitor the proper implementation of the regulations, processes and procedures for the staff
Encourage and maintain a dynamic, disciplined and enthusiastic working environment and high engagement of team
Propose and responsible for the whole department budget, all assets as well as other resources in the department. Shared responsibility with team and company about customer debts; evaluating credibility of customers, updating and report.

University graduated with major related to Business, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Engineering or Psychology
English profiency at 4 skills
At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management
Experience in a professional working environment of sales and service of foreign customers, especially Korean and Japanese customers
Experience preferably in both Industrial Sales and FMCG or Pharmacy and Multi/Omni channels, both Marketing and Sales
Proficient in using computers, reporting and modern management tools, preferably in social, digital marketing & communication
