Mô tả Công việc

Commit to and achieve sales objectives set by top management through effective management, coaching and leadership of the team members. Plays a key role in commercial decisions and actions.

A. Owns, manages and communicates sales team strategy

· Sets sales team procedures and strategy (frequency of visits according to potential of customers, Key Account Plan)

· Monitors sales team activity (collects and reviews sales visit reports, conducts both team meetings and individual reviews)

· Guarantees high level of Customer Satisfaction

· Has his own customers to take care and develop

B. Leads and develops team performance

· Sets targets and reviews performance

· Analyzes sales to have a good overview of sales development and takes corrective actions if needed

· Analyzes accounts and their potential and takes corrective actions if needed

· Recommends and implements personnel movement such as promotions, transfers, dismissal of any member of his team

· Participates actively in the selection and recruitment of new sales staff

· Plans and sees with HR and commercial for trainings (to develop selling skills and products knowledge)

· Regularly accompanies sales executive to client meetings in order to coach them and help them close deals

C. Cooperates with both internal and external parties

· Internal (other sales team, customer service, commercial, accounting, transport, warehouse, logistics, human resources)

· .External (Executive chef, Sous-Chef, F&B Manager, purchaser)

· Attends fairs, food shows

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

A. Good command of both written and spoken English

B. At least 5 years of experience in a sales department of a food industry player with at least 2 years as a sales manager.

C. Leadership and analytical skills

D. Food lover, customer oriented

E. Results-oriented, Team player

F. Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet)
