Mô tả Công việc

  • Develops and implements a Sales Action Plan that is aimed to maximize revenue potentials from all market segments including:

  • Group Market

  • Travel Agencies/ Tour Operators for MICE, FIT, GIT.

  • Corporate/ Institutions/ Organizations &Associations/Chambers Private Market VIP Market

  • Carrying out daily telesales/sales calls

  • Building a good relationship with customers. Handling the business or request brought by the clients to maximise their potential requirements.
  • Maintaining and developing long term relationships with customers, ensuring that our clients satisfy.
  • Calculating and negotiating customer quotations to the company terms and conditions which meet both the customers and company requirements.
  • Manages and builds effective relations with networks of sales distribution channels such as corporations, tours & travel, organizations & institutions, hospitality establishments,etc.
  • Provides feedback to the Executive Management on prevailing market needs, wants, trends and challenges.
  • Hunting for new business, prospects, research and development of new customers.
  • Conducting and evaluating customers surveys ,resolve customer service situations
  • Knowledge the unique selling points about outlets product awarenes. Manage training program for team.
  • Responsible for directing and education the team in daily event with the goal of providing customers with excellent quality products and service.
  • Managing the development and performance of all team members.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and will fulfill any other duties assigned by the General Manager.
  • Maintain a profitable and reputable. Monitoring and managing sales growth.
  • Working with Outlet Manager to improve service in the outlets base on guest comments.
  • Working with General Manager to generate sales volume growth.
  • Sales plan, new product for the market segments & executive them.
  • Setting monthly sales forecasts. Producing monthly business reports.
  • Sales & Marketing plan strategies in term of market segments. Recommendations for promotions.
  • Analyzing business results and market situations.
  • Work with Marketing team to develops and implements the Marketing Plan which includes a Events Plan, data Gathering.
  • Responsible for optimizing occupancy and capacity management of outlets.
  • Strategizes and implements promotional programs and all packages that serve particular business objectives (food & beverage promotions, event packages).
  • Set, propose, and pursue sales targets, budgeted revenues for all outlets .
  • Ensuring all operational and personnel paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on time.
  • Manage and guide, motivating team to maintain and serve consistent quality products every time.
