Our client is a clearing machine trading company, based in HCM city, we are looking for a pro-active, B2B sales management experience as details:
- Hire high-performing salespeople
- Train new salespeople to ensure success.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.
- Train and ensure adherence to sales process.
- Another task is assigned by BOD
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred.
- Three to five years in a sales representative role; within machine sales experience is preferred.
- 3 years of prior management experience as manager level
- Strong intrapersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsin English and Vietnamese.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
