Mô tả Công việc

A) Business development

Seeking business opportunities for both consulting service to Japanese enterprises and policy advisory for Vietnamese government;
Developing new businesses for MRI such as business opportunities through investment

B) Support for MRI Headquarter (Tokyo)

Conducting desk research and interviews with stakeholders in Vietnam to support Tokyo in projects sponsored by Japanese enterprises and government entities;
Arranging meetings between Tokyo employees and Vietnamese stakeholders (enterprises, government entities, etc.); attending and facilitating such meetings, and acting as an interpreter if needed

C) Support for General Manager (GM)

Supporting GM in meetings, seminars, etc. with Vietnamese stakeholders

2. Requirements

University degree or higher
More than 5 years of work experience (having experience working in Japanese enterprises, or in investment/research/consulting/marketing industry is an advantage)
27-35 years old
Language: Fluent in English (at least TOEIC score 850 level). Knowing Japanese is an advantage
Personality: ambitious, motivated, energetic

3. Working conditions

Start work from the beginning of March
Working hours: Mon to Fri from 8:00-17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00-13:30) (tentative)
Weekends and holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays (as stipulated by Vietnamese government), company holidays (to be decided)
Other working conditions and welfare are specified in our Office’s Internal Labor Regulations, which will be explained at interviews if needed

4. Salary and Bonuses

Salary: 1,500-2,000 USD per month (negotiable) as basic salary (*) and overtime pay
Bonuses: Include fixed basic bonus equivalent to one month’s pay per year, and performance-based bonus paid based on the Internal Labor Regulations

(*) Probation period is 1-2 months. Salary during this term is 85% of the basic salary
