Managing sales team, training, delegate and planning sales resources.
Work directly with GM and H.O, make long-term and short-term business strategies.
Ensure market development, market share and sales according to set targets.
Capture trends, actual situations, in order to propose appropriate changes
The ability to participate in bidding/contractor is a strength.

Graduation from University, majors in Chemistry, Engineering, or Environmental
At least 10 years of experience in the field of analytical, measurement instrumentals and parameter control in either Food & beverage, dyes, cement, wine, aquaculture, water treatment, environmental, etc.
At least 5 years of experience as Sales Manager for companies within the similar industries.
In-depth and wide knowledge of products in the same industry,
Ability to read and understand quickly.
Fluent English reading, listening, speaking and writing (required)
Understand and proficiently using modern communication tools and equipment.
