Oversee and manage country wide product sales assigned by the company
Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals.
Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objective
Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region
Monitor competitors’ products, including relevant sales and marketing data
Develop new customers and expand sales network
Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
Develop and maintaining positive relationships with key clients
Co-ordinate and follow up with the storehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the Region in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer
Submission of weekly and monthly sales reports
Ensure payment by clients are on time

Bachelor’s Degree required
Proficient communication skills in English (speaking, reading and writing)
Minimum 5 years working experience within tyre industry
Minimum 3 years working experience in leading sales team
Knowledge of truck tyre is a plus
Knowledge in automotive industry will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Willing to travel in the region (North)

Monday - Friday: 8.00 am - 5.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 12pm (Alternate Saturday off)
