Works with the Board of Management to establish sales objectives by forecasting sales volume for existing and new products/services.
Develops and expands corporate client’s database from networking and marketing.
Assesses client’s needs and makes appropriate recommendations, solutions and service packages.
Makes periodically sales visits to maintain the relationship with clients and conducts presentations for the company’s products, services to clients.
Works closely with the Oracle Vietnam Team/Presale team to close deals.
Provides ongoing collaboration with delivery team to ensure the solution presented during the sales process meets the client requirements and expectations.
Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service, serves as a customer service representative for customers who have questions or difficulties.
Implements the Sales plan to meet the goals.
Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses various products or services to clients.
Maintains network with the software companies and stays updated on trends and innovative products to orient the company’s strategic products.
Attends trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about new products and sales.
Makes daily, monthly sales reports and analyzes sales statistics.
Conducts training for new sales staff (if any).
Achieves the sales volumes to meet the sales target of the whole team.
Ensure that all the activities are in compliant with company’s policies and guidelines.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the software industry.
Sales knowledge in the ERP software industry preferred, ideally Oracle NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, MISA, FAST knowledge.
Experience developing relationships and new sales opportunities.
Proven experience in managing clients before and during the sales process.
Experience selling complex services.
Knowledge and understanding in ERP systems including associated business process flows preferred.
Excellent in analytical, interpersonal, presentation and verbal communication skills.
Must have good English (equivalent TOEIC 650) skills, including reading, writing, listening and writing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be confident working with all levels of executive management and client representatives.
Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple tasks in an organized, timely manner.
