Mô tả Công việc

AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.
Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer (AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon).

+ Work location: AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon
+ Working time: 5 days/ week, in shift (1 - 2 C shifts 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM per week), OFF days are not fixed on weekends but subject to roster
+ Report to: Sales Executive/ Senior Executive
+ Team: 7 - 10 members

Patrol frequently and check tenants' business/ operation to ensure tenants running business smoothly. Meeting with tenants to understand their situation and have ideas for business/ operation improvement. (25%)
Follow & analyze tenants' business results to propose boost-sales ideas in order to achieve sales & rent target in the assigned category. (15%)
Collaborate with tenants and other departments (internal & external) for promotions/ events/ campaign to attract customers & boost sales. (15%)
Assist with leasing lots in assigned category, leasing signage boards/ storage. Follow & support new tenants to open on time & to run business smoothly. (15%)
Assist with preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and assigned reports. (10%)
Collaborate with other departments to solve tenant's inquiries/ complaints/ problems. (5%)
Follow paperwork tasks for assigned category such as processing e-Document, payment requests, tenancy agreements, appendix… on time. (5%)
Survey competitors & market to gain awareness of market trends & brands. (5%)
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors. (5%)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree, any major.
Freshers are accepted. Sales/ Customer Service experience and a relevant education background are preferred.
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good team-work skill.
