Prospect, identify, and build relationships with members of architectural community, interior design and construction firms whose influence will lead to specifications and purchase of Benjamin Moore products.
Responsible for Brand Recognition development and Sales target set for the business.
Being responsible as an ambassador/image of Benjamin Moore brand.
Fluid and confident verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills with an ability to convey strong, clear, concise messages to target audiences including customers, and industry groups; interact with and motivate cross-functional company groups.
Follow up & involved in the project from Designing phase to tender and acquires customer orders, and after sales service.
Provide product and technical solutions on individual project opportunities.
Develop channel partners’ focus on BJM brands through effective training and communication
Develop, maintain, and communicate a strong understanding of market conditions, trends, and the competitive environment, consulting team to adapt to change or having strategy for adapting market.
Work with Brand Managers, BOD & sales team to assess and develop channel partners’ programs, expertise, and services necessary to successfully sell to the architectural and commercial segments.
Support and implement company sales and marketing programs, and product introductions.
Involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, working with teams on ideas and implement marketing plans and sales activities. Identifying new opportunities for business & growth.

Background: Business educated or designing background. (Architect/Interior Designer).
Experience: not mandatory, candidate will be trained. Experience of specs selling and being successfully specs and close on projects, especially new products is a massive plus.
Good presentation & communication skills.

Good network in Building and Construction Industry is preferable
Fluent English skill
Proficiency in MS office
Ability to work actively, team work and independently
Working full day: 8.00a.m – 5.00p.m from Monday to Saturday morning. Willing to moving and travelling for working purpose.
