1/ Find and exploit potential customers
§ Searching for customer information through many different channels to build a system of potential customers.
§ Actively contact potential customers in the self-searching list or from the company's data system to introduce products, services, and preferential programs.
§ Send service information via email for customers to refer to, and answer customer questions when receiving feedback from customers.
§ Use sales skills to negotiate and persuade customers to use the company's products and services.
§ Conduct procedures to sign contracts with customers who agree to purchase products and services.
2/ Customer care
§ Actively contact customers who are using products and services to understand the situation and develop good relationships with customers.
§ Timely support, and response to requests and complaints from customers.
§ Monitor the contract termination time to convince the customer to renew the contract
§ Actively send promotional information to old customers to convince them to buy new products and services of the company.
§ Conduct procedures to sign new contracts with old customers who want to buy back products and services.
3/Contract implementation
§ After closing the contract with the customer, the sales staff coordinates with the relevant departments to implement the contract, ensuring the requirements of the customer.
§ Monitor the contract implementation process, and service quality so that customers receive the best value.
§ Coordinate with related departments to quickly overcome problems arising during the use of products and services of customers.
4/ Other jobs
§ Monitor the contract liquidation process, and support the accounting department to expedite the debt.
§ Coordinate with related departments to plan and implement incentive programs on holidays and Tet; Customer Gratitude; Introduce new products and services to reach and attract customers.
§ Cooperate with other departments in the company to improve the quality of products and services to meet the needs of customers.
§ Participating in training and retraining courses to improve qualifications when facilitated by the company.
§ Make periodic work reports, arising.
§ Participating fully in department meetings, and reporting feedback from guests to have effective solutions to handle and overcome.
§ Perform other duties as required by Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
§ Graduated from university/college majoring in economics/business administration, marketing
§ At least 3 years of working experience in the IT/ Telecommunication field.
§ Required skills:
o Negotiation and decision-making skills
o Customer care skills
o Fluent English
o Proficient in office
o Able to work independently and in a team, able to work under pressure.
o Experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
o Preferably know how to use CRM software

Probation time: 2 months
- 5 days working days (2 days off per week)
