- Account Development: Aquire new local KA, Manage implementation of KA activation plans, Manage distribution & availability
- Order Generation: Achieve Sales Targets, Resolve Customer Complaints, Handling logistics task to KA, Monitored volume, stock inventory, AR and in store activation
- Merchandising & Asset Management: Manage implementation of Channel plans, Manage company's assets in territory
- Communications & relationship: Reported information, Build good internal & external relationship to maximize business opportunities.
- People development & Routine management: Train & coach staff, Maintain staff discipline, Manage business routine
- Bachelor's degree
- At least one year of experience at sales management level. MT experience is highly preferred.
- Detail, hard working, and willing to learn
- Ability to build relationship
- Good at English communication
- Computer literacy: Excel, Power point, MS Word
