OBJECTIVES:

  • Implement and ensure quality of training / coaching sessions / activities for call base sales.
  • Implement TNA (Traning Need Analysis) and follow up post training / coaching activities for call base sales
  • Design & develop on-board training contents / materials for call base sales.

COMMUNICATION:

Internal (within VPB FC): All related departments

  • Design & develop some relevant training contents / materials.

External (outside VPB FC): All service providers

  • Implement and ensure quality of training / coaching sessions / activities.
  • Implement TNA and follow up post training / coaching activities
  • Design & develop some relevant training contents / materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning & Reporting:

  • Report relevant training / coaching sessions / activities
  • Be responsible for relevant data, reports accuracy and timeline
  • Provide reports assigned by Team Leader / Unit Head

Training Need Analysis:

  • Be responsible for conducting for call base sales training programs periodically or upon request.
  • Participate in the overall TNA process as required.
  • Feedback to improve the TNA process and ensure the implementation.

Training Program Development:

  • Coordinate to ensure the overall product training programs updates, field coach and field activities projects/ programs development.
  • Contribute to build relevant post training/ coaching result measurement.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct effectively training / coaching sessions for call base sales
  • Observe and provide feedback to improve training program, training delivery quality, accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow training delivery service standards, result and post training follow up

Training Operation & Alternative Solution

  • Implement approved training operation guidelines and process.
  • Study, pilot and/or implement assigned alternative training solution.
  • Support sufficient target groups communication as well as feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Feedback on the training facilities and equipment protection and usage process and guidelines for continuous improvement.
  • Describe possible logistics arrangement for relevant training programs.
  • Ensure relevant required invoices, documents are collected correctly and timely.
  • Consult and participating in choosing appropriate provincial training venue as needed to ensure the required training quality and in-line with the approved budget.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor Graduate, major in Training, Education, Social Science, Banking, Finance or Business Administration
  • Understanding of sales / collection of Banking or Consumer Finance is a plus
  • At least 1 years’ experiences in similar training area
  • Experienced in consumer finance, insurance, banking is a plus
  • Strong in training facilitating and professional presentation skill 
  • Strong in coaching, mentoring and train the trainer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint

Other requirements (if any)

  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Strong in negotiation and able to work with different people styles
  • Strong communication skill in both verbal & writing
