COMMUNICATION

• Internal (within VPB FC): Cooperate with key stakeholders to create and implement projects
• External (outside VPB FC): Cooperate with business users and third parties to create and implement projects and outsourcing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in designing and implementing Vymo App projects
• Ensure successful delivery of projects throughout the lifecycle by applying Agile/ Scrum
• Ensure all project metrices (KPIs, Cost, timelines, issues, bugs, etc) are adequately monitored, tracked and reported
• Development of the Project approval documents

Develop the project plan

• Responsible for driving multiple projects to ensure continuous improvement of business
• Work with project team to provide input and complete design
• Coordinate closely to implement project as agreed work plan
• Follow up to measure performance of project and further adjustment
• Managing the project stakeholders

Budget management: Support Product Manager to manage budget​

Manage the project delivery

• Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
• Assign tasks to related owner
• Proactively propose practical solution to fix the issues

Education: University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas

Experience

• At least 3 years working experiences in project management with successful mobile application projects portfolio
• Hands on experience in managerial positions or Scrum Master postion is a plus

Technical skills​

• Project management skills (PMBok, Agile, Scrum)
• Experience of developing IT systems for business process automation, front end and back end solutions
• Experience in mobile applications
• Experience in banking/ finance systems and applications
• BPMN, UML, IDEF0
• SQL, XML – basics
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum Master techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, testing, backlog refinement)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations and ability to work in a team environment

General skills​
