OPERATION
Able to handle & mange all ocean export shipments from Cambodia
Submit VGM and SI to carrier
Issue HBL
Check MBL from carrier
File AMS/ISF/ACI/E-manifest
Follow up vessel sailing, ETD, ETA and update the status into system
Ask D/N and invoice from carrier for preparing the payment
Follow up with accountant about payment to carrier to get SWB MBL
Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner
