Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Screen contracts & other documents, brief to CEO and coordinate with related departments.
Produce executive reports, presentations and briefs when necessary.
Attend, transcribe and distribute minutes, and participate in staff meetings, executive committee meeting and department meetings as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Business management or relevant field.
2-5 years of experience in similar position at Retail/FMCG company
Extremely detailed oriented
Able to multi-tasks and prioritize daily workload
Excellent command of English and Vietnamese (written & verbal)
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including email etiquette
