Organize and account for all leads generated. Research and plan the implementation of campaigns and communications, exploit potential customers periodically, based on business plans and goals. Provide effective and creative solutions, supporting, promoting, and handling when problems arise, ensuring that campaigns take place for the right purposes and objectives.
Planning to exploit potential customers based on business goals, deployment and tracking results, sales team productivity. Provide appropriate and timely solutions to achieve the goals.
Deploying new sales methods, new products. Provide effective and creative solutions, combining program implementation on many different marketing channels to increase the effectiveness of potential customers and boost sales.
Research market, needs, and customer behaviors to have solutions to deploy products in line with the current customer segment of the company.
Periodically report and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented campaigns and programs.
Carry out the necessary work with the relevant departments, ensuring a smooth coordination during operation.
Undertake other tasks assigned by Line manager.

University degree and above, preferably in Business Management, Economy, Finance, Banking, Marketing or relevant.
At least 03-04 year experiences in the same position, preferably working experience in Insurance
Excellent communication, sales campaign management, negotiation skills. Fluency in both Vietnamese & English
Excellent sense of prioritization and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Well-organized, careful, self-driven, dynamic and creative
Accuracy, pay attention to details
Ability to work under high pressure, resolve problems skills and adapt to the new environment.
