Mô tả Công việc

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leads the development and implementation of the following for the brand:

  • Brand health tracking and analysis: includes tracking and reporting of monthly sales volumes, analysing consumption trends and business drivers, and monitoring competitive activity
  • Marketing planning and execution: includes management of agencies and budget, and execution of advertising and promotional plans
  • Sales correspondence: includes leading communication of marketing plans to sales force
  • Forecasting and P&L management: includes volume forecasting, monitoring and projecting coupon redemption, and managing marketing budgets, invoice payments, and accruals
  • Packaging: includes leading changes to base product and promotional packaging
  • Program evaluation: measures effectiveness of marketing programs through return on investment analysis
  • Expertise in sales performance and/or financial analysis and in budget tracking and management
  • New product innovation: leads specific new-item development and launch; includes consumer research, concept testing and refinement, leading the project through the stage gate process, ensuring a successful launch, and performing post-launch analysis.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Minimum degree and experience required:

  • BS/BA Degree with 6-10 years of operational marketing experience, preferably in FMCG in MNCs
  • MBA with a concentration in marketing a plus

Specific competencies required:

  • Must have expertise in analysis and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork and strategic thinking skills
  • Must be an independent and proactive contributor that can demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork and strategic thinking skills in changing and ambiguous situations
  • Strategic Thinking, Brand Equity Management, Integrated Marketing Communication
  • Renovation/ Innovation experience is a plus.
  • Experience in utilizing and analyzing Nielsen data is preferred
