Mô tả Công việc

1. Objective

As the senior Marketing Intelligence Analyst, you are responsible for providing the marketing and management team with actionable data sets and analysis in improve decision making across divisions to generate sustainable growth

2. Results measurement

Results for this position are measured

· in quality, accuracy and timeliness of analysis and reports produced

· in quality of the synthesis and management takeaways

3. Responsibilities

Contribute to determining Marketing objectives by studying each marketing channels and functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Improve tracking tools by studying current practices, designing modifications.
Construct reports, workflow charts and diagrams; studying marketing capabilities; writing specifications
Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
Monitor progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various marketing sub departments
Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations
Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Minimum Bachelor's Degree major in Quantitative or scientific fields
5+ years’ experience as an analyst is a must. Experience with marketing channels is a plus
Proven track record in designing actionable management reports
Exceptional data management skills, Mastering SQL & Python is a BIG plus
Digital mindset
Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
Customer focused
Strong project management and organization skills
Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison JSC
Strive for impact and high performance. Hunger for success with a commitment to getting things done
