This position is will work at the Funding Channel Department of ZaloPay. Funding Channel Department is in charge of market research, explore funding source channels, build-up, and integrating with them. The funding source channels include banks and other sources of funds.
The details of responsibility include:
1. Market research:
Possess a basic knowledge and understanding of funding source channels in the market.
Research and collect all information related to funding source channels such as market trending, the strategy of partners, benchmark with other E-wallets in the market,...
Present the research insight and market assessment to recommend for exploring and developing new funding sources for ZaloPay.
2. Partner relation and management:
Explore and establish new partnerships with new funding channels’ partners in the market.
Negotiate and convince partners to cooperate and integrate with ZaloPay.
Negotiate with partner all conditions related to cooperation contract such as system integration, cost, on-boarding process, funding management,…
Partner with various cross-functional teams within ZaloPay (E.g. Product teams, Technical teams) to drive the result and implement the integration.
Continuously update the situation of partners (their strategy, target or the changes they will make in near future,…) for leader and recommend a solution to improvise.

Background in Economics, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
At least 03 years of working experience in a Business Development role.
Working knowledge of Fintech sector/ Banking/ E-commerce is a strong advantage.
Excellent in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills while working collaboratively in a team environment with all levels of the company.
Experience with data privacy rules and contracts preferred.
Ability to create partnerships both inside and outside of the Product organization.
Experience in managing works with details oriented.
Very good at English communications (verbal – writing – presentation).
