Mô tả Công việc

Assist the CSPA Deputy Manager incharge Collection management to deliver the best life and health insurance customer service experience in Vietnam, service quality and premium collection operational efficiency

Supervise effectively daily premium collection operations of policy to provide quality and timely service to, system improvement and projects implementation.

Key tasks

  1. Ensure the response to Clients’ requests are accurate in timely manner.
  2. Supevise and take control on work quality of all team member to ensure all transactions are handled upon SLA and get highest productivity.
  3. Participates actively in projects, new product launching plan, system enhancement job and monitors its implementation in line with company’s schedule
  4. Complete assigned tasks.

Major Accountabilities

  1. Receive and handle transactions related to premium collection accurately and timely manner.
  2. Supervise all daily activities
  3. Participate in drafting processes, guidelines and correspondence/SMS/Email.
  4. Coordinates with IT & other department on preparing URS and performing UAT for system changes or enhancements.
  5. Support CSPA Deputy Manager in reviewing regularly the control procedure, make recommendation to change when necessary and update operation manual.
  6. Conduct training courses to different channels on premium collection rules and guidelines
  7. Prepares monthly reports as required.
  8. Handle all queries and complaints relating to premium collection
  9. Do back-up tasks for CSPA Deputy Manager during her leaves and absent
  10. Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 5-10 years ’ working experience in  policy servicing/customer services/collection premium management and minium 5 years ’ working experience in relevant position
  • Sound knowledge of insurance products and the operations of an insurance company
  • Good knowledge of Policy Servicing skills and process management
  • Good skills in setting up procedures, processes and policy relating to the field in charge
  • Strong team leadership and people management skill.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, managerial, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese
  • PC literate in WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint and word-processing
