1. Take brief & CLARIFY THE REQUIREMENTS on clients' brief.
2. TAKE LEAD over all planning stages, balance the creative side of the agency & the business side of the client.
3. PROVIDE CREATIVE PLANNING SERVICE to Clients properly & efficiently. Market research & analysis included.
4. DEVELOP INNOVATIVE & STRATEGIC PLANS for your clients which deliver on the brief & meet our clients’ business requirements.
5. PRESENT proposal & ideas to clients with team support.
6. WORK WITH CROSS FUNCTION DEPARTMENT (Account, Designer, Operation, etc.) to delight a campaign that meet the clients’ brief and budget on time.
7. SUPPORT IN NEW BUSINESS, as required.
1. Bachelor degree in marketing and/or communications is an advantage
2. At least 1-year working in Below-the-Line agency or having equivalent experiences related to Marketing / Advertising activities.
3. Practical mindset with knowledge upon event/activation (quick catch-up on latest social trends is an advantage)
4. Ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas & analyze into key direction.
5. Good Power Point and MS Office skills (abilities to use Photoshop or AI is a plus)
6. Good in English (both verbal and writing skills)
7. Hard-working and ready to work in high pressure environment
8. Good interpersonal skills –internally with other department and externally with clients
9. Able to work independently and contribute as part of a team
