To implement recruitment plans and programs to select the qualified candidates as per allocation by Recruitment Team Leader to meet the organization's business requirements.
To coordinate and give support to functional BU’s regarding to company policies, company culture and other HR information needed.
COMMUNICATION: All Department/Division in charged:
To provide candidates, arranging interview, collect feedback of Hiring Managers in order to fulfill recruitment requests from BUs;
Provide support regarding to HR company policies & processes.
Candidates & Head-hunters agency
To screen and select qualified candidates for the company thru network or thru headhunters to fill up company vacancies.
Execute recruitment activities as per recruitment plan according to approved headcount and recruitment requests from Dept./ Center/ Division;
Provide support & corporate with other Dept./ Center/ Division having recruitment needs in screening and interviewing to select qualified candidates up to Managerial level;
Provide guideline & support New Comers in terms of company culture, policies, structure & other info needed;
Screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, and tests;
Regularly provide update on recruitment progress and actively analyze weekly/monthly recruitment results in order to have suitable planning and solutions to fulfill the recruitment needs;
Proactively assist or coordinate with HRBP to provide resources solutions to BU from both internal transfer / adjustment and external hiring;
Carry out recruitment activities within budget such as posting job advertisement in website, using headhunt services, participating in job fairs, school relationships, and digital recruitment (Facebook & LinkedIn)... in order to build up employer brand and varied candidate pool;
Resolve other recruitment-related issues & undertake other tasks assigned by Recruitment Team Leader.

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
03-06 years of recruitment experience;
Individual and team player with business acumen and passion for company business growth;
Customer service, interpersonal and follow- up skills;
Result and problem solving oriented.
Good skills to work with all organizational levels;
High self-learning & self-motivation ability;
Recruitment market understanding;
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Powerpoint);
