Role Overview:
Has the leading responsibility in healthcare reinsurance for providing satisfactory service to clients through recommending solutions, sorting out claims, answering queries and submitting reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the broking activities (primarily for Health book) with the support (technical or otherwise) from Regional team in Singapore
• Maintain current business portfolio and develop new business on the group of clients delegated to headcount
• Plan and conduct marketing & meetings with clients for maintaining clients
• Handle ad hoc (health or life) local projects as and when it comes
• Help regional team to develop the life business in Vietnam, Lead the collation and development of intellectual property with regards to Health insurance
• Develop relationships with the health reinsurers
• Create and implement initiatives to grow new business in collaboration with local team
• Support regional team during the year for any related matters
• Jointly work with team to organize Local Market Events including Golf Day, Client Seminars, Market Cocktail…
• Other responsibilities:
o Facultative Credit Control to Facultative accounts
o Undertake other tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master of Business, Insurance Diploma/Associate is an advantage
• Have at least 3 year experience in Account Management/Client Management role, preferably in Health Solutions - Insurance Sector
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-initiative, effective interpersonal skills, agile mindset, collaborative spirit
• Proficiency in computer software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
