Primary Responsibility Areas:
I. HR EXECUTIVE:
a. Compensations and Benefits
- In charge of payroll and employee benefits.
- Labor contract management: review, follow-up to complete labor contract preparation process on time for BA (including probation contract) & annex ….
- Manage related works of SI, HI, UI and additional insurance schemes.
- Compile all data for the performance appraisal process and annual salary review.
- Contact with recruitment agencies for job posting or recruitment services.
- Receive applications, screen CVs, set up interviews and short-listing candidates.
c. Employee relationship and engagement
II. ADMIN EXECUTIVE:
a. Office building:
- Manages office building including properties, facilities and equipment remain in good condition & well-appearance.
- Manages the office and maintenance suppliers to ensure office building run smoothly and efficiently
- Plans the maintenance scheduling related to facilities of office.
- Manages office decoration/ renovation
b. Administration System/ Process/ Procedures:
- Manages and develops Admin. System; Process and Procedure to ensure the organization effectiveness & efficiency.
- Keeps maintain & manages the legal documents of company including other representative offices
- Administers and monitors administration budget, cost control
- Supports Research to organize Marketing Events, Seminars... in professional manner & building Cimigo brand name.
- Coordinates to organize company events: Year-end, Christmas, Women’s day, Noel…
- Other duties as assigned by Managing Director.
c. Managing Admin Department & Tasks Assignment:
- Manages & develops administrative team including coaching Securities, Receptionist; Administrative Officer, Cleaners and Bar staff to perform in professional & accurate manner.
About person we are looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in related fields.
- 03 year experiences in the same position.
- Can work under pressure.
- Have leadership skills.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Work independently and in team.
- Profound knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Regulations and Practices
- This position is preferred for female aged 28 and over
- Priority Candidate can work immediately
