The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
We are seeking the Lead/Senior Software Engineer who can either learn based on his/her previous experience or utilize already developed skills to help us have smoothly running chatbots.
Job Responsibilities:
Besides playing role as an engineer, being a DevOps / system engineer to contribute to the solution design, usually in collaboration with business analysts, platform architects, security architects and product owners;
Improving chatbots using NodeJS, C#, Python, Matlab, etc;
Business partner communication skills to understand the current workflows and help design autonomous solutions empowered by chosen AI IP stacks such as Azure, Google, AWS, etc.;

Having at least 4 years programming experience in Node JS, C# with other experience related to NLP, NLU, NLG, R, Python, Matlab, Java;
Having 2-3 year working with MS Azure;
Prefer experience with chatbot DevOps; guided conversations for a chat bot technology platform;
Understanding of storage, load balancers, virtualization, web, database and messaging services with the ability to dive deep into any of these areas;
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional DevOps team environment;
Prefer candidates with one of these certifications: AZ-900, AZ-203/204, AI-100, AZ-400 (optional);
Vietnamese and be fluent in English communication.
