Mô tả Công việc

· Own lending product from concept through launch, along with future iteration on the MoMo e-wallet platform

· Connect with the e-wallet customers to identify insights to drive decisions

· Utilize research and analytic to build delightful and innovative products

· Overseeing development stages and evaluate product progress at each iteration

· Defining vision and anticipate client needs to deliver relevant Lending Products

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required

· Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in lending underwriting / product or relevant areas developing lending- products, driving products improvement and adding new features

- Prefers candidates who have experience in the product lines that relevant to e-wallet users

- Experience working with digital lending product for massed consumer market is a nice to have

· Essential skills:

- Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally

- A data-driven approach to problem solving

- Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision

- Excellent projects and tasks management, excellent organizational skills

- A creative approach to connecting customer feedback to product development

- A strong understanding of lending products, especially for consumer market segmentations

- A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment

· Personal characteristics:

- Highly motivated, eager to learn and work hard, good team working skill.
