Mô tả Công việc

  • Manage the daily activities and performance of route drivers.
  • Ensure completion of daily routes, and ensure that all productivity goals are met or exceeded.
  • Hire, train and manage route supervisors for the effective oversight and management of routes on a day-today basis.
  • Diversify the route pickup fleet to accommodate changes in the route profile, effective use of assets any improved economics and service levels.
  • Install support capacity to ensure route effectiveness in route management.
  • Perform and conduct performance evaluations, monitor and track employee attendance, complete disciplinary actions/meetings and all other required documentation relating to performance management.
  • Monitor productivity, service targets for each route and driver.
  • Conduct investigations for accidents and property damage claims.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with employees, co-workers, and management.
  • Oversee personnel needs of the line of business to ensure an adequately trained workforce to meet collection requirements is maintained.
  • Align with PSC and Vendor Management to improve the effective operations of merchants in their fulfilment responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned by direct manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 05 years of working experience in Delivery/Transportation/Logistics, preferred in B2C logistics.
  • Preferably Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Candidate is able to “put out fires” by strong communication and negotiation skill
  • Comfortable in interacting with multi levels
  • Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good at budget planning and evaluation
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese
  • Having built and lead a large team
  • Self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working. Can-do mentality – Do not take no for an answer
