Mô tả Công việc

  • Identify all project sales opportunities, follow up and be able to obtain Tambour specification.
  • Prepare and submit all related docs for Project customer requirement.
  • Ensure on time submission of Project sales information and proposal.
  • Fully understand market situation, sales performance and plan the corrective actions.
  • Timely provide feedback and insight from the market place, prepare the forecast that could be sold to potential projects
  • Carry out joint working project with customer to enhance Tambour Expertise images and promote Tambour system.
  • Responsible for project sales database & customer profile updates.
  • Build up and develop relationship with all direct and indirect customers in professional way.
  • Propose, develop and ensure the effective implementation and carry out customer activity evaluation.
  • Fully support marketing team to roll out Tambour added service programme including training to identify customer development opportunities and propose customer programme training.
  • Responsible for Sales planning and achieving the results
  • Ensure the quality service to customers.
  • Review Sales forecast with line manager and agree action plan.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Vietnamese and English essential
  • Academic background: Economics, Architect, Civil Engineer, or Business administration with experience in construction industry.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Project sales (experience in paint market/construction materials/ building materials is a priority).
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
  • Highly self-motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire prospect/peers to achieve performance.
  • Broad overview of technical and building materials knowledge
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition
  • Be initiative and pro-active
  • Computer skills - MS Office.
  • Willing and able to accept a significant degree of responsibility
  • Self-confident – challenges ideas and norms.
  • Business analytics
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn company specific software if required
