The purpose of this role is to develop and execute multi-channel content of marketing campaign. This position is responsible for increasing target consumer awareness of the Brand, as well as increasing market share through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
Internal: Business Development, Customer Service, CCBC, CEOO, etc - Close collaboration and engagement with all key stakeholders
External: Agency - Ensure best quality work being delivered
Communication Planning & Content Creation
Works with stakeholders to identify effective strategies to achieve department communications goals.
Develops and executes integrated content plans in-line with agreed upon marketing campaign.
Works closely with Marketing and Communications team leader to ensure alignment of messages and timelines.
Researches, writes and produces material targeted to various stakeholders (customers, employees, investors, etc.) in support of marketing product campaign. This may include, social media, website, e-newsletters, flyers, brochures and other communications vehicles.
Work closely with Digital, Creative, Products team and PR unit together with other internal depts. On developing marketing communication articles/ materials across platforms
Writes in top professional quality (style, grammar and tone), presents facts and quotations accurately, and ensures the finished product communicates effectively with appropriate language geared to its audience.
Ability to deliver on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, meeting deadlines, quality measures and budgets.
Promote internal communications with team to promote brand love within company.
Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.

University Graduate – major: Business, Marketing/ Communications preferred
Experience in brand marketing and promotions using broad marketing mix is a plus
Min. 2 years of working experience in Marketing & Communication
Min. 1 years in the same roles
Demonstrate experience in banking and financial service is a plus
Creative and strategic thinker
Clear communication skill, both written and verbal
Language requirements: English – fluent – spoken and written
