• OBJECTIVES

Analyze and keep tracking of POS loan products (consumer durables and two wheeler loan) performance, provide ad-hoc reports, research data to the Managers and propose initiatives in order to support the strategic business planning activities.

Co-ordinate with Product Operations regarding process changes/new process implementations for new and existing NTB products to ensure operational plans followed

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, deploy new POS loan products’ parameters, set pricing, new customer segments based on market and customer analyses

Engage with cross functional teams at VPB FC to develop, implement initiatives, corrective actions in term of selling process, product characteristics, marketing campaign, risk performance and other aspects

Keep tracking of business performance efficiency of new product during the pilot and existing products versus target based on regular report

Keep tracking of business performance of POS loan products in multi dimensions (revenue driver, acquisition cost, risk performance, portfolio movements, operational performance indicators)

Report managers about deviations in POS loan products performance, propose potential sources of growth/ improvement and suggest corrective actions accordingly.

Implement in developing and updating product program reflecting significant changes in term of financial drivers, risk performance, risk policy, distribution, underwriting, operation processes, etc…

Develop new/ adjusted distribution channels, selling process, selling policies; partner development and management

Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head and Line Manager
