Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business and its recruitment needs in order to deliver a quality-focused service.
Plan and conduct recruitment activity for all grades and positions within a particular line of business using standard selection methodologies, from capturing briefs to negotiating offers
Conduct initial face-to-face interviews with a prospective candidate, assess candidates, and negotiate candidate offers.
Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
Facilitate discussions & feedback on final outcome to the top management or directly to the candidate.
Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, campus recruitment and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
Produce & distribute detailed recruitment reports for the business and HR on a regular basis.

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
5 - 10 years of relevant experience in both non - tech and tech.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees
and communicate effectively with all levels of candidates.
Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates and negotiating a complex compensation package.
Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
Can work well under pressure, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
