Lead team and conduct large-scale, full-process quantitative surveys from project design to final reports
Perform all tasks related to setting up, pooling of field recruiters, moderating interviews and focus groups, processing and analyzing insights/data for qualitative market research projects
These tasks involve using various research methodologies and tools including but not limited to focus groups, in-depth interviews and many others depending on the nature of the project designs, especially related to mobile application
Depending on individual projects a Research Analyst role may involve heavily in day to day management of projects or may be more supervisory, overseeing and coordinating others within the project team.
Design, Build & Improve Internal Research Platform
Required to provide to both qualitative & quantitative projects as well.

Moderating capabilities, including strong ability to relate to people at all levels and an effective/flexible communication style
Conduct in-house market research - Determine and align the capacity of the group to conduct researches in-house (includes pooling of field interviewers/ in-house researches)
Good data/ insights analysis / interpretation skills
Good project management skills; proven ability to cope with multiple projects and proven ability of good time management.
Prepare survey prerequisites and logistics, such as discussion guide, vendor contacts, questionnaire, show cards, code book, tab sheet, etc. for in-house projects.
Proficient with a variety of statistical analysis methods such as Regression, Logistic regression, decision trees, Time series forecasting methods, etc.
Proficient in BigQuery or other SQL-based platforms
Proficient in SPSS, R/R Studio or other statistical analysis software
Years of experience in relevant marketing or qualitative market research areas, work experience in a Market Research Agency is preferred
