Mô tả Công việc

Division: Industrial Tools (IT)

• Sales expansion by daily sales activity:
– Maximize HIKI amount by Target Customer, by New Products and Key Products
– Manage & Maintain existing flow item and Increase the sales from distributor to end-user
– Collaborate with distributors to conduct regular sales meeting to review operational performance and discuss about action plan to achieve target and improve sales activities

• Provide daily technical support: Arrange daily visit to Customers together with Distributor Sales Engineers
– Tool selection: Provide technical support and solutions to support Customers to increase production capability
– Test cutting and take care of trouble shooting: Introduce new products, propose Kaizen and all related activities to create new Business (HIKI)
– Test reports: summarize all information to make test reports to share

• Market research & Business Development:
– Collect customer & competitor information as well as market information, then report to management
– New business development: Develop new customers, new distributors, new markets

• Support Distributors to up-grade technical knowledge and sales skill of all Sales Engineers:
– Perform On Job Training (OJT) for Distributor Sales Engineers
– Plan and perform regular training
– Provide Product information by OJT and by organizing regular New Product Seminar

• Prepare weekly / monthly reports: Target product, Target Customers, Sample Tracking, HIKI, Sales Support System…

• Perform CRS (Customer Registration System) regulation

• Support for special events: Campaign, exhibition, and seminar…

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Qualification:
College or University degree in Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent

• Experience:
Three (3) years in a similar position

• Skills:
– Good communication skill to maintain relationship with Distributors and Customers
– Having the sense of initiative to improve knowledge and behave to be a professional businessman
– Having good thinking and analytical skills
– Carefulness to ensure all results / reports given out precisely
– High sense of responsibility to ensure that all information is not explored to any third parties without acceptance from Leaders
– Ability to work in a team and independently
– Good in using Microsoft Office
– English communication level
