Mô tả Công việc

Our client is a global services audit company, we are looking for potential candidates for the post of Sales Executive with below details:

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options;
  • Plan and organize individual workload effectively to meet the individual as well as team sales target;
  • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, services delivery and client specifications to direct supervisor;
  • Maintain existing client, on board new clients smoothly into the business and handle assigned key clients;
  • Manage and follow-up sales database and prepare quotation;
  • Respond to client’s complaints and inquiries/ cooperate with technical colleagues in handling incoming inquiries, or with Quality Team to handle complaint from clients;
  • Work alongside the operations team to identify sales targets and manage a structured sales pipeline;
  • Cooperation with internal and external colleagues from other regions and countries;
  • Fulfilment of customer requirements to ensuring customer satisfaction and customer loyalty;
  • Work alongside management to feedback sales/budget forecasts to the business;
  • Attend and assist in Tradeshows to promote companies’ services

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 4 years working experience in services B2B (Business to Business) sales with strong market sense
  • Experience in supply chain audits and/ or ISO (International Organization for Standardization)/ quality assurance field would be an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English;
  • Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office;
  • High sales skills including cold-call, presentation and negotiation;
