- Seeking for new customers who wish to use international freight for export and import -Out of Gauge (OOG) Cargo.
- Plan and perform sales calls according to corporate strategy. You exploit existing customer database for export and import (OOG).
- Contacting with clients, offer all company’s services in order to find and buid customers system.
- Communicate frequently with clients as required to develop a good working relationship that maximizes the opportunity to extend services provided and length of relationship, meeting with customers.
- Effectively control the investigation of and implementation of new sales projects.
- Negotiate directly and indirectly with customers about price, others, sign a service contract with customer.
- Negotiate directly and indirectly with Carrier about input Ocean Frieght (OOG) and partner’s for Crane/ Forklift, others, etc…
- Make recommendations regarding sales plans to strengthen Sales team.
- Follow-up Sales-lead and implement other related businesses assigned by Supervisor Sales and collect information to send Sales-lead to Oversea agents (OOG Sales Team).
- Develop detailed marketing strategies, build and enhance company’s standard brand identity (image, recognition and value).
- Make weekly/monthly reports and irregular reports under the Sales Supervisor’s instruction.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in Economics /Foreign Trade/ Maritime University.
- Having at least 2 year experience in the freight forwarding industry/Experience in Sales.
- Dynamic, open minded, quick adaptive. Flexibility and capability to work in a team as well as individual.
- Communicate frequently with clients as required to develop a good working relationship that maximizes the opportunity to extend services provided and length of relationship.
- Attending team building and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Must have strong communication & presentation skills. Well-organized and analysis skill.
- Good problem solving skills. Able to make sound decisions with relevant facts at hand. Does not shy away from conflict.
- Plan and organize to ensure the achievement of annual sale budget.
- Good at writing and speaking of English.
