Responsible for the full recruitment process including: Job Analysis, Sourcing, Screening and Selection and Onboarding process.
Responsible for hiring strategy creation, building up and maintaining Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Relationship Management and Onboarding Strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1 - Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Develop and execute the full aspects of recruiting plans for organization with the full-cycle recruitment activities: Job Analysis, Sourcing, Screening and Selection and Onboarding.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need including Internship Programs, Trainee Programs, etc
Take initiative in creating and maintaining social media identities & employer branding that promote open roles and foster candidate engagement and interaction.
Manage, update and modify Job Descriptions. Getting involved in Job Design and Development Activities.
Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
2 - Employee Relation
Manage employee relation effectively concerning proper counseling and coaching of employee issues.
Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Investigate, analyze, and make appropriate recommendations regarding complex employee relations issues filed internally; exercise influence appropriately.

Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Law, ect, preferably in HRM. Professional certification is a plus 5+ years of recruiting experience in the medium-sized organization with full level of vacacy, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Management experience is a plus. Knowledgeable about Vietnam Labor Code Skilled at developing and implementing aggressive recruitment plans in support of company goals. Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global-team environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organization
