Mô tả Công việc

KDI Education is a leading start-up in STEM Education with the culture of innovation and openness. We are looking for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the HR team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.


  • Manage relationships with universities and colleges to drive timely and thorough sourcing of high quality, diverse candidate pool as well as participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
  • Build source of both active and passive candidates to build/ maintain a candidate pipeline for short and long-term recruitment needs
  • Have experience in brand building and brand development.
  • Work with Branch Directors and HOD to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions and sourcing, interviewing assessments
  • Mainly in charge of developing and implementing local recruitment branding activities and forecasting plans for local recruitment
  • Identify opportunities for improvement/development of marketing channels for recruitment at branches.
  • Planning and organizing internal/external sharing sessions for teachers.
  • Negotiate candidate offers, research markets and peer organizations, and provide stakeholders with market data
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tool

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


  • At least 3 years' experience as a Senior Recruiting or Talent Acquisition (education industry is a plus)
  • Knowledge of search and direct hiring
  • Ability to source talent through universities and colleges; social media channels and other networking activities
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Demonstrated experience and keep good relationship with senior hires/ stakeholders
  • Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code, especially with organizations which the demands for employee recruiting are high.
