OBJECTIVES

Analyze sales data and market information that give the appropriate proposal suitable with the development strategies of telesales channel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for reports and analyzing deeply sales campaigns or pilot of telesales channel
• Evaluate productivity and effectiveness of telesales channel
• Propose initiatives to improve sales of telesales channel
• Review, suggest and solve issues related to sales processing and data flows
• Setting sales target for staff and ranking staff
• Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager

Education

Bachelor Degree with majors:IT,  Business Management, Finance, Economics or Accounting, Statistic, Math

Experience

03-04 years working in sales analyst field, preferably in banking or financial institution areas

• Analytical skill, sale forecast skill
• Logical thinking, organization skill, planning skill
• Reporting skill
• Language requirements – Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
• Fluent in MS Office and SQL
• Ability to learn new technical as Power BI, Python, R…
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Problem solving and negotiable skill
• Ability to work under high pressure
