Mô tả Công việc

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager (SCM) you will be responsible for:

- Perform inventory and stock purchase planning

- Be responsible for the full process of stock replenishment from suppliers to e-commerce channels

- Work with suppliers to ensure Purchase Orders are made accurately and timely

- Work with e-commerce platforms to arrange inbound quantity and schedule

- Closely follow up with the transportation of stock to multiple warehouses for fulfillment

- Collaborate with all stakeholders (suppliers, warehouse team, 3PLs, e-commerce platforms, etc.) to ensure stock movements are executed as plan

- Responsible for KPIs: Stock optimization, Bad stock, and Stock availability

- Contribute to the development of standardized processes to achieve operational excellence – Deep-dive to understand operational issues and suggest solutions

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

The ideal candidate should possess the following background:

- The right mindset: Be ready for a tough start-up environment; be passionate with problem-solving and creating new values; be willing to learn new things.

- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG demand planning and supply chain

- Excellent interpersonal communications

- Excellent in analyzing and interpreting data for action

- Attention to details

- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks

- Ability to work under pressure to deliver results

- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with the ever-changing business development

- Excellent Excel & Google Sheet
