Mô tả Công việc

TPS Software is looking for Talent Acquisition to be a part of our team with the below responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of fulfilling recruitment plans as per approved headcount and recruitment requests from Business Unit/Hiring Manager.
  • Attract qualified candidates and build talent pool through job posting, networking, headhunting and builds up good relationships with universities to support recruiting activities.
  • Manage company’s recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system.
  • Actively participate in the common works of HR department and company activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 2 year experiences of recruitment in IT field.
  • Good insights of talent acquisition/ recruitment and practices.
  • Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment targets;
  • Strong recruiting skills (composing job description, sourcing and selecting candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...)
  • Can-do attitude, Dynamic and motivated personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, computer skills.
