Mô tả Công việc

• Consulting with managers and understanding the recruitment needs

• Advising managers on local laws relating to recruitment (Equal Employment Opportunity legislation, Anti-Discrimination legislation), the recruitment process and expected lead times

• Requesting relevant approvals in order to start the recruitment process

• Working with Hiring Manager and other members of the HR team to create job descriptions as well as establishing approximate salary levels and terms and conditions for new roles

• Sourcing candidates as appropriate through media and web advertising (internal/external), career fairs, university open days, employee referrals and external agencies

• Working with Hiring Manager and other members of the HR team to create an assessment and selection process appropriate to the required role

• Working with Hiring Manager to review candidate resumes and shortlist appropriate candidates to go on to the assessment phase

• Organising assessments and interviews with the Hiring Manager

• Conducting reference checks where appropriate

• Assisting Hiring Manager in selecting successful candidates

• Organising verbal and written offers to be made to candidates

• Managing the OnBoarding process in order to set up new employees onto relevant Concentrix systems

• Working with other HR team members to organise New Hire Inductions to ensure that new employees understand and are aware of Concentrix policies and procedures

• Creating and updating hardcopy New Hire files for each new employee to be placed in the Company filing system

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Experience in high volume / agent recruitment for BPO operations 

• Proven experience in  meeting recruitment targets using a multi-channel approach 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with multiple external and internal stakeholders 

• Ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service

• Ability to exercise sound and timely judgment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Local language fluency would be an added advantage
