Vietnam Investments Group is in need of recruiting Talent Retention Specialist for TapTap, which was funded by VIG. We are a next-generation loyalty, marketing and payment platform that connects market-leading brands with consumers through a simple-to-use, fully integrated and data-driven coalition loyalty program. Our solution enables consumers to earn and burn loyalty points conveniently by interacting and transacting with the brands of their choices across nation-wide merchant network that today reaches 30% of the Vietnamese consumers. What you will be responsible for:
The Talent Retention Specialist is responsible for measuring company KPI’s deliverables though employee performance and improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
The job holder will be accountable and responsible of delivery the followings:
Performance Management & People Development:
Collaborate with other Heads of Departments in monitoring annually, quarterly and monthly department and individual’s KPI target and actual.
Set up and launch performance management system which link individual KPI to company’s KPI and department’s KPI.
Collaborate with CEO and Heads of Department in designing the organization chart and develop people development plan and career roadmap.
Work with Talent Acquisition Specialist to design succession plan and leadership development program.
Training Development & Delivery:
Work with Heads of Department to propose training budget and be responsible of monitoring this budget approved throughout the year.
Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
Leads and facilitates general learning and development initiatives for a defined internal customer, function, or process in order to develop training and development programs and objectives.
Partners with and manages internal and external service providers.
Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Analyzes learning data to determine program effectiveness and modifies programs as needed.
Be responsible of developing professional and friendly working environment, exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Employee Motivation & Retention:
Plans, budgets and executes internal events, team building activities.
Consult policies and suggest compensation & benefit regimes for in-charged functional Departments to ensure internal equity, compliance with company policies and maintain competition on the market;
Co-ordinate with Trade Union to conduct activities, programs related to employee benefits and labor discipline.
Follow and Monthly salary calculation: Timekeeping, Payroll, reports, compensation costs.
Carry out procedures related government about personnel, administration: Labor registration, Social insurance, Health Insurance, union, PCCC, Arrive for inspection agencies.

Education: Bachelor degree and above
3 - 5 year working experience in HRBP or Organization Development
Strong capability in designing and implementing employee development programs
Solid knowledge on KPI setting and measurement; performance management system
Extensive relationship with training vendors and familiar of the new way of learning method
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
Ability to design and implement effective training and development
Excellent relationship building and influence skills
Ease working independently as well as collaboratively
Proven ability to effectively manage projects
Demonstrates resiliency working in an environment of ambiguity, constant change, and conflicting priorities.
