- Responsible the whole recruitment activities monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Manage the recruitment status according to the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Academic Management Departments and/or Recruitment Agency to recruit and process visa/ work permit/ TRC for Expat teachers.
- Collaborate with Heads/Deputies of Departments to set up and/or edit all job descriptions.
- Update the pool of candidates for future recruitment.
- In charge of the employee onboarding process.
- Involve in campus relationship activities as well as graduate recruitment events.
- Support the C&B activities.

- Have at least 1 years experience in recruiting, used to recruit teacher position or expat is an advantage.
- Able to use English fluently.
- Good interpersonal skills, can-do and willing-to-take-challenge attitude, can work under high pressure, able to prioritize workload with good time management.
